Description

The Opti-Soothe Moist Heat Mask is a reusable eye mask designed to deliver consistent, moist heat relief. Using HydroBead® technology, it absorbs moisture from the air and releases it when warmed, offering soothing therapy for dry eye, blepharitis, MGD, styes or chalazia. Warm for 25 seconds in a microwave to receive approximately 10 minutes of controlled moist heat.

Instructions for Use

1. Place the mask in a microwave and heat on full power for 25 seconds.

2. Touch lightly with fingers to test heat; if too warm, pause 1 minute and re-test before use over closed eyes.

3. If additional heat is necessary, increment by +5 seconds (total heating must not exceed 30 seconds).

4. Apply to closed eyelids and relax for about 10 minutes.

5. For cold therapy: enclose in a plastic bag, freeze ~30 minutes, then apply over closed eyes for 5–7 minutes.

6. Following use, wash by hand in cooled boiled water or bottled water with mild detergent. Let air dry for a minimum of 24 hours before next use.
